Cyber Insurance

1. This “promotion” is for the purchase of Bangkok Insurance’s Cyber Insurance via designated online channel and pay insurance premium via KTC credit card during 15 February 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“promotion period”) only.
2. The privileges under this promotion are offered to KTC credit cardmembers except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES CARD, and KTC PROUD CASH CARD
3. This promotion reserves only for first year premium payment for participating products via designated online channel.
4. Delivery of e-Coupon Lotus’s to KTC members, who correctly and completely comply with the conditions, will be done via SMS or E-mail within the end of the next month.
5. Other conditions, which are not stated in this promotion, are subjected to Bangkok Insurance’s policy. Customers should study and understand terms and conditions before purchasin
6. This privilege cannot be redeemed, exchanged, and/or turned for cash and not transferable to another person.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purposes, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.

General terms and conditions

1.  The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
