Terms and Conditions for Cashback (By Tier) for Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (Cardmember(s)”) who make card installment payment with 0% interest and credit line usage fee (“0%Installment Payment”) at participating stores during 1 December 2025 – 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASHBACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text CM, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)  within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. Cardmembers will get cashback credited to their card account in accordance with the following card spending tiers:

5. KTC reserves the right to offer cashback under this promotion only up to 35,000 baht per 1 cardmember throughout the promotion period (only offline channel).
6. KTC will calculate cashback value based on total purchase amount of every sales slip
   before divided into monthly installments under same card number, and will
   cashback to card account within 60 days after the end of month that card
   transaction has been made.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a
   waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, installment
   payment with KTC Card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit
   line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of
   goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
9. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case
   where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot
   use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’
   card account on the day Cardmembers receive cashback credit. If KTC is unable
   to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the
   right to not credit all eligible cashback to such Cardmembers.
10. Privileges under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional
    campaign.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 December 2025 – 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASHBACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
4. The cardmembers who want to receive a cashback under this promotion are required to make a redemption at point of purchase in order to eligible participate in this promotion or register by sms for online channel within the day of purchase.
5. The cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 3,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem 3,000 KTC points  to receive cashback in accordance with specified conditions only.
6. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
7. KTC will credit a cashback into the cardmember’s credit card account within 1 days after the day that make a redemption for offline channel.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
