Terms and Conditions for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 January 2025 – 30 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right to not offer all types of KTC points for every transaction of installment AIS Devices.
4. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.

Cash Back when spending under Installment payment with KTC card (by tier) Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (Cardmembers”) who make 0% interest card installment payment (“0% Installment Payment”) at participating stores during 1 January 2025 – 30 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers who make a purchase at JAYMART (Offline store) must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text  MOB, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number following by. For customers who purchase through online channel, must register successfully on the day of card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text JAO, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number following by # and point amount to redeem (Type 0 after # if you don't want to redeem points) and send to 0613845000 SMS fee as specified by network service provide or by registering at ktc.promo/jaymart-cashback, before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. Cardmembers will get cash back credited to their card account in accordance with the following card spending tiers:

6. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cashback under this promotion only up to 7,500 baht per 1 cardmember throughout the promotion period.
7. KTC will calculate cash back value based on total purchase amount of every sales slip before divided into monthly installments under same card number and will credit cash back to card account within 60 days after the end of month that card transaction has been made.
8. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
9. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, purchase of all types of funds, payment of Unit Linked insurance premium, installment payment with KTC cards by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
10. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.
11. Privileges under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback/Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 January 2025 – 30 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, customers who make a purchase at JAYMART (Offline store) must redeem points at point of sale via EDC to receive discount. For customers who purchase through online channel, must register successfully on the day of card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text MOB, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number following by # and point amount to redeem (Type 0 after # if you don't want to redeem points) and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at ktc.promo/jaymart-cashback before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers, who spend with a minimum amount of THB 1,000 per sales slip on offline channel and redeem at least 1,000 KTC points but not exceeding the purchase amount per sales slip. are eligible for the discounts specified below.
• Redeem point and get up to 21% discount for gadget and accessories
• Redeem point and get up to 18% discount for smartphone (participating items only)
8. Cardmembers, who spend with a minimum amount of THB 1,000 per sales slip on online channel and redeem at least 1,000 KTC points but not exceeding the purchase amount per sales slip. are eligible for the discounts specified below.
• Redeem point and get up to 21% cashback for gadget and accessories
• Redeem point and get up to 18% cashback for smartphone (participating items only)
9. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption in this Promotion, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
10. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
11. KTC will credit a credit cashback into the cardmember’s account within 1 days from the date the points are redeemed at the point of sale during a purchase at JAYMART offline store.
12. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe) for purchases made at JAYMART online store.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
