Terms and Conditions for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 9 July 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.

Terms and Conditions for Cashback (By Tier) for Installment Payment with KTC Credit Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (Cardmember(s)”) who make card installment payment with 0% interest and credit line usage fee (“0%Installment Payment”) at participating stores during 9 July 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASHBACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS offline channel, text IT, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number // Online channel, text ITO, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number following by # and point amount to redeem (Type 0 after # if you don't want to redeem points)  to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at ktc.promo/itinstore  within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. Cardmembers will get cashback credited to their card account in accordance with the following card spending tiers:

   Installment payment amount per sales slip	Credit cashback
   12,000 – 21,999 baht	160 baht
   22,000 - 29,999 baht	440 baht
   30,000 – 39,999 baht	800 baht
   40,000 – 49,999 baht	1,150 baht
   50,000 baht up	1,600 baht

5. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cashback under this promotion only up to 28,000 baht per 1 cardmember throughout the promotion period (only offline channel).
6. KTC will calculate cashback value based on total purchase amount of every sales slip before divided into monthly installments under same card number, and will credit cashback to card account within 60 days after the end of month that card transaction has been made.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, installment payment with KTC Card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
9. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cashback credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cashback to such Cardmembers.
10. Privileges under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 9 July 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASHBACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
4. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, customers who make a purchase at Advice (Offline store) must redeem points at point of sale via EDC to receive cashback. For customers who purchase through online channel, must register successfully on the day of card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text ITO, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number following by # and point amount to redeem and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at ktc.promo/itinstore before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
5. The cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem 1,000 KTC points  to receive credit cashback in accordance with specified conditions only.
6. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
7. KTC will credit a credit cashback into the cardmember’s credit card account within 1 days after the day that make a redemption for offline channel or within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month for online  channel.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
