Order Food Delivery or Dine‑in Deals with KTC Credit Card

Terms and Conditions 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores : Grab, LINE MAN, Robinhood, and Hungry Hub at the minimum of 3,000 Baht per sales slip during 1 May 2026 – 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only. 
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC PROUD cash card. 
3. Cardmembers who spend 3,000 Baht or more per transaction at participating merchants will instantly receive a 100 Baht Lazada discount code. 
4. Participating merchants includes; Grab, LINE MAN, Robinhood , and Hungry Hub. The promotion applies to orders within the service area in Thailand with Thai Baht currency only. 
5. Transaction at Hungry Hub must be via Hungry Hub mobile application or website only (transactions via merchants EDCs are not eligible for this campaign). 
6. KTC will deliver the Lazada discount code in the form of an e-Coupon via KTC Mobile on the date the qualifying transaction is made. Cardmembers must redeem and use the e-Coupon within the same calendar month in which it is received. Failure to utilize the discount code within the specified period will be deemed a waiver of the discount code by the cardmember. 
7. The offer is limited to 2,000 discount codes per month and 8,000 discount codes throughout the promotional period. Eligibility for the discount codes is determined on a first‑come, first‑served basis. 
8. Cardmembers are required to install the KTC Mobile application prior to making a qualifying transaction. KTC reserves the right not to issue the e-Coupons to cardmembers who register for the KTC Mobile application after completing a qualifying transaction under this promotion. 

Term and Conditions for Lazada discount code 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have registered to KTC Mobile application and use e-Coupon via Lazada App during 1 May 2026 – 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. KTC will deliver the Lazada discount code in the form of an e-Coupon via KTC Mobile on the date the qualifying transaction is made. Cardmembers must redeem and use the e-Coupon within the same calendar month in which it is received. Failure to utilize the discount code within the specified period will be deemed a waiver of the discount code by the cardmember. 
3. Please fill in discount code before purchase with KTC card.  
4. Minimum spending of 1,699 Baht / transaction via Lazada App  
5. Discount code is not applicable for Tickets & Vouchers, baby milk powder/baby formulas 1,2, gold, Mobiles,Tablets &Electronics Device, Products in Bundle&Save and CHOICE category, Mobile top-up, Bills payment. 
6. The discount code under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with KTC discount voucher on Lazada, Lazada discount voucher or special campaign discount voucher and government regulated items for promotional campaign. 
7. The discount code can be used with seller voucher, Shipping Discount Voucher, LazCoins and LazRewards 
8. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes. 
9. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case. 
10. The discount code under this promotion is only for the payment of goods per transaction only. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only. 
11. For selected products and services only. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.  
12. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.  
13. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
