Grab promotion – Redeem points for GrabUnlimited package code via KTC Mobile

Terms and Conditions for redeeming GrabUnlimited package

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during 1 Jan 26 – 28 Feb 26 (“Promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.

2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA SME COMMERCIAL, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.

3. Cardmembers’ points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.

4. KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who redeem KTC FOREVER points for the discount code via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only.

5. The cardmembers may redeem the following GrabUnlimited package 2 months code with specified conditions, redeem 9 KTC FOREVER to receive the discount code.

6. GrabUnlimited package 2 Months can be used until its validity (Check in KTC Mobile App)

7. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.

8. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

9. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.

10. Limit 3 redemptions per cardmember throughout the campaign period.

11. The e-Coupon will be expired within 15 days after redemption date.

12. For existing GrabUnlimited user, discount code will be effective in the next billing cycle.

13. The promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other GrabUnlimited package promo code during the same period.

14. After the code has been redeemed from KTC Mobile, the code must be redeemed for GrabUnlimited package at Grab mobile application before 15th March 2026

Terms and Conditions for GrabUnlimited package code

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have registered to KTC Mobile application and use e-Coupon at Grab App (Thailand) during 01/01/2026 – 28/02/2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.

2. e – Coupon can be redeemed until the specified date in KTC Mobile application

3. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.

4. GrabUnlimited package includes ;

a. 50X per month free delivery up to 15 Baht when order GrabFood with minimum spending 150 Baht (exclude delivery fee) within Bankgok

b. 50X per month free delivery up to 15 Baht when order GrabFood with minimum spending 100 Baht (exclude delivery fee) in other provinces

c. 20X per month free delivery up to 15 Baht when order groceries with GrabMart

d. 20X per month free delivery up to 15 Baht when order For a small convenience store

With GrabMart 

e. 5X per month 10% off (up to 10 Baht) on GrabTransport

f. 5X per month 5% off (up to 10 Baht) on GrabTransport

g. 2X per month up to 10% off for parcel delivery with GrabExpress

h. Get 1 GrabCoin for every 10 Baht spent on Grab.

5. The e-Coopon can be redeemed for GrabUnlimited 2 months (A total valued at 38 Baht) at Grab application by

a. Go to profile select “Subscription”

b. Under My Subscription select “View”

c. Under Have an offer? Select “+”

d. Enter promo code to redeem the free trial

 6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.

7. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

8. The promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other GrabUnlimited package promo code during the same period.

9. New members will enjoy free membership after the free trial period

10. Existing members will enjoy the free membership after the current billing cycle

11. Only 1 promo code can be used at any point in time

12. Once promo code has been redeemed, it cannot be used again

13. Payment method required at checkout (even if price is $0).

14. If a member applies a new promo code on and there is an upcoming promo code, the new code will replace the upcoming code and will take effect when the billing cycle of the active promo code ends.

15. If a member cancels their plan with an active or upcoming promo code, the promo code will be removed upon cancellation and cannot be used again.

16. If a member changes their plan during an ongoing promo code, the code will be considered used and removed.

17. If a member changes their plan before the promo becomes effective, the promo code will be removed upon plan change confirmation and cannot be used again.

18. Grab reserves the right to cancel or modify the promo code at any time without prior notice

19. Grab reserves the right to modify, cancel, or update terms and conditions without prior notice.
