Terms and conditions of JCBNEW100

1. Receive THB 100 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 300 on GrabFood service.
2. Consumers must fill JCBNEW100 in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using JCB Credit Cards issued in Thailand for the first time before placing the food order.
3. The promo code is valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 1 redemption per consumer per campaign period.
5. Limited to 1,500 redemptions per campaign period.
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
9. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order
10. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.

Terms and conditions of JCBAIRPORT

1. Receive discount 80 THB with no minimum spend on Transport service.
2. The promotion is applicable for ride bookings to / from the Airport location in Thailand only
3. Consumers must fill JCBAIRPORT in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using JCB Credit Cards issued in Thailand before booking Transport service.
4. The promotion code is valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 or until redemptions last.
5. Limited to 1 redemption per consumer per month
6. Limited to 250 redemptions per month or 750 redemptions per campaign period.
7. The promotion is applicable for JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Premium, GrabSUV and GrabVan in all available cities in Thailand
8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
9. 4. Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month.
5. Limited to 1,500 redemptions per month or 4,500 redemptions per campaign period.
6. The promotion is applicable to ride hailing service on Grab platform and applicable with JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Plus, GrabSUV and GrabVan
7. Promotion applies to Grab Transport within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
9. Promotional offers cannot be used with Self-pickup, Dine out Deals and order for later service.

2. Consumers must fill JCBBIKE in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using JCB Credit Cards issued in Thailand before booking GrabBike service.
3. The promotion code is valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month.
5. Limited to 1,500 redemptions per month or 4,500 redemptions per campaign period.  
6. The promotion is applicable to ride hailing service on Grab platform and applicable with GrabBike and GrabBike Saver.
7. Promotion applies to Grab Transport within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
9. Promotional offers cannot be used with Self-pickup, Dine out Deals and order for later service.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
