Promotion GrabFood up to 80 Baht discount for KTC VISA credit card

Terms and conditions for NEW USER

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Grab on 1 Mar 26 – 31 Jan 27 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD, JCB, UNIONPAY.
3. Cardmember(s) must fill KTCVNEW in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC VISA Credit Card for the first time before placing the food order. Cardmember will receive 70 Baht discount with minimum spend of 350 Baht (exclude delivery fee) on GrabFood service.
4. Limited to 1 redemption per cardmember
5. Limited monthly redemptions. Limited to 2,200 redemptions throughout the campaign period
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Inapplicable with 'order for later' (scheduled orders) 'dine-in' and 'self-pick up' service.
9. Promotional offers can be combined with other discount codes with conditions specified by Grab
10. Cardmember(s) agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the Cardmember(s) agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order
11. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the Cardmember(s) account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.

2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD, JCB, UNIONPAY.
3. Cardmember(s) must fill KTCVFOOD in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC VISA Credit Card before placing the food order. Cardmember will receive 60 Baht discount with minimum spend of 400 Baht (exclude delivery fee) on GrabFood service.
4. Limited to 2 redemptions per Cardmember(s) per month.
5. Limited monthly redemptions. Limited to 13,750 redemptions throughout the campaign period
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
