- Limited redemption per Cardmember(s).
- Limited redemptions throughout the campaign period.
- Cardmember(s) must fill KTCVMEGA in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC VISA Credit Cards before placing the food order.
- The promotion code is valid from 25 February 2026 to 31 March 2026 or until redemptions last.
- Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
- Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
- Inapplicable with 'order for later' (scheduled orders) 'dine-in' and 'self-pick up' service.
- Promotional offers can be combined with other discount codes with conditions specified by Grab
- Cardmember(s) agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the Cardmember(s) agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order
- Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the Cardmember(s) account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount
- This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 25 Feb 26 – 31 Mar 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD, JCB, UNIONPAY.
- The cardmembers who spend on GrabFood via Grab mobile application with all types of KTC VISA credit card at the minimum of 500 Baht per transaction (exclude delivery fee) will get 50 Baht instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased, when input discount code KTCVMEGA in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using a KTC VISA Credit Card before placing the food order.
- The promotion code is valid from 25 February 2026 to 31 March 2026 or until redemptions last.
- Limited to 4 redemptions per consumer throughout the campaign period.
- Limited to 229 redemptions per day and 8,000 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
- Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
- Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.

- Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the consumer receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride.
- Grab and KTC reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and KTC’s decision shall be deemed final.
- In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
