Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App
- This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile app”) during February 5th, 2026 – January 31st, 2027 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
- The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, all types of KTC COMMERCIAL, all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
- The cardmembers may redeem at the following details at Hungry Hub Mobile Application with specified conditions only.
• Redeem 2,000 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code valued 300 Baht for minimum order 1,000 Baht - Unlimited redemptions per member.
- Cardmembers’ points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
- KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who redeem KTC FOREVER points for the discount code via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only.
- e-Coupon will expire within 15 days after redemption date
- Discount codes can be used until its validity (Check in KTC Mobile App)
- In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.
- In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.
- In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.
Terms and Conditions for Hungry Hub Discount usage
- Members can use 1 code per booking for spending via the card at participating restaurants only. The minimum spending is 1,000 baht/transaction.
- This discount code can only be used on the Hungry Hub application and cannot be used on the Hungry Hub website.
- The discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Promotional offers cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
- Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
- After confirming the use of the coupon, if it is not used according to the specified conditions, it will be considered a waiver of rights and the company reserves the right not to compensate in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
