Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile app”) during May 1st, 2026 – June 30th, 2026 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, all types of KTC COMMERCIAL, all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. The cardmembers can redeem 1,299 KTC FOREVER points (from the regular 5,340 points) plus 1 THB to receive a discount code with specified conditions only.

   • Shopee discount code valued 100 Baht for minimum spending 100 Baht
   • Hungry Hub new user discount code valued 100 Baht for minimum spending 1,000 Baht
   • Robinhood discount code valued 80 Baht for minimum spending 400 Baht
   • Taobin discount code valued 75 Baht with no minimum spending
   • Grabtransport discount code valued 50 Baht for minimum spending 200 Baht
   • Shopeefood  free shipping discount code valued 15 Baht for minimum spending 130 Baht
4. Redemption is limited to one set per transaction. There is no limit on the number of discount code redemptions per member. 
5. Cardmembers points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount. 
6. KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who redeem KTC FOREVER points for the discount code via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only. 
7. Discount codes can be used until 31 Aug 2026 
8. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes. 
9. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, all applied discount code cannot be refunded in any case. 
10. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case. 

Term and Conditions for discount code

1. Members can use 1 code for spending via the card at product/service/participating restaurants only. The minimum spending requirement (not include delivery fee).
2. This discount code can only be used with the LINEMAN application in the "Food Order" service provided in Thailand.
3. Limit redemptions during campaign period.
4. Promotional offers cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
5. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
6. After confirming the use of the coupon, if it is not used according to the specified conditions, it will be considered a waiver of rights and the company reserves the right not to compensate in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
