Terms and Conditions for “New User Discount”

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at ShopeeFood on February 1^st 2026 – July 31^st 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD, JCB, UNIONPAY. 
3. The cardmembers who shop with KTC credit card with specified conditions via ShopeeFood at Shopee Mobile Application for the first time, cardmembers will get a discount of 80 Baht on FOOD orders at a minimum spending of 350 Baht/ transaction (exclude delivery fee) Apply code >> “KTCSPFNEW”
4. Promotion is applicable for KTC cardmember who are first time users at ShopeeFood
5. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only. 
6. Limit 1 redemption throughout campaign period.
7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
8. This promotional discount is eligible for order types, delivery area and participated restaurants as specified by ShopeeFood only. 
9. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case. 
10. The company is not responsible for the discount difference that is not used in full and that difference cannot be kept for use in other orders.

1. 2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD, JCB, UNIONPAY. 
3. The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via ShopeeFood on Shopee Mobile Application, cardmembers will get a discount of 50 Baht on FOOD orders at a minimum spending of 300 Baht/ transaction (exclude delivery fee) Apply code >> “KTCSPF50”
4. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only. 
5. KTC reserves the right to grant discount only 1 discount code usage / account / month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
