Promotion for KTC UNIONPAY credit card and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY cash card at GrabFood

1. Receive THB 120 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 600 on GrabFood service.
2. Consumers must fill UPFOOD in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using UnionPay Credit Cards issued in Thailand before placing the food order.
3. The promotion code is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 October 2026 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 3 redemptions per consumer per month on first-come-first-served basis until redemption last.
5. The discount is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a total quota of  150 redemptions per day and 4,500 redemptions per month.
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
9. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order
10. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
11. Grab reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab’s decision shall be deemed final.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
