Promotion for KTC JCB credit card at Grab Food

Terms and conditions of HAPPYJCB

1. Receive 50% off per order maximum discount at THB 100 (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 200 on GrabFood service.
2. Consumers must fill HAPPYJCB in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using JCB Credit Cards issued in Thailand before placing the food order.
3. The promo code is valid on Saturdays from 4 July 2026 to 26 December 2026 or until redemptions last. 
4. The promo code is valid only for purchases made from the following participating merchants during the corresponding promotional periods: 
   •    From 4 – 25 July 2026, promotional offers to สุกี้ช้างเผือก merchant
   •    From 1 – 29 August 2026, promotional offers to หม้อแม่จูน merchant
   •    From 5 - 26 September 2026, promotional offers to เจ๊แดงสามย่าน ส้มตำ คอหมูย่าง merchant
   •    From 3 - 31 October 2026, promotional offers to Emily's Chicken Noodles merchant
   •    From 7 - 28 November 2026, promotional offers to Rolls and Co. merchants
   •    From 5 - 26 December 2026, promotional offers to ก๋วยจั๊บมิสเตอร์โจ merchants
   •    Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month
   •    Limited to 290 redemptions per day from 4 July 2026 - 26 September 2026 and 600 redemptions per day from 3 October 2026 - 31 October 2026 and 80 redemptions per day from 7 November 2026 - 26 December 2026.
5. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
6. Promotional offers cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
7. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order
8. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.

Terms and conditions of JCBNEW50 for new users

1. Receive THB 50 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 300 on GrabFood service.
2. Consumers must fill JCBNEW50 in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using JCB Credit Cards issued in Thailand for the first time before placing the food order.
3. The promo code is valid from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 1 redemption per consumer per campaign period.
5. Limited to 2,000 redemptions per month or 12,000 redemptions throughout promotion period. 
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
9. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order
10. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
