  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Lazada mobile application during February 1st 2026 – December 31st,2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only. 
  2. KTC reserves the right to exclude the following card to join this promotion : ALL types of KTC Mastercard, ALL types of KTC JCB, ALL types of KTC UNIONPAY, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.     
  3. The cardmembers who shop with the KTC VISA credit card according to specified conditions via Lazada App, cardmembers will get the following discounts:   
    • Get discount 1,000 Baht when spend at a minimum of 11,999 Baht / transaction.   
    • Get 13% discount up to 650 Baht when spend at a minimum of 1,299 Baht / transaction   
  4. KTC Cardmembers must collect voucher codes on Lazada App and choose participating KTC VISA Cards as a payment method prior to checkout. 
  5. Total payment must be greater than or equal to the spending amount after deducting all discounts and exclusive of shipping fees with full payment only. 
  6. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only. 
  7. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code usage / user / month

  4. Discount Voucher limited to 1 redemption/user/month with a maximum discount of 360 Baht /user/month on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  5. Limited to 10,020 redemptions throughout the campaign 
  6. KTC Cardmembers can collect the discount voucher from 00:00 hrs. on the 1st day of each month.

For any issues with the discount not being applied after use, please contact UnionPay customer service via Facebook Messenger at “UnionPay International – Thailand” (https://www.facebook.com/UnionPayThailand) within 45 days from the transaction date for further assistance. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to reject any retroactive refund or compensation claims.  
  20. In case of refunds or cancellations for transactions that enjoy discounts, the cardholder will be deemed to have forfeited the discount. The actual payment amount of the order shall be refunded to the user's original payment card. The quota is considered as used. 
  21. UnionPay International will not provide any compensation or issue a new discount if the cardholder is unable to receive the discount due to technical issues, personal reasons, or any other reasons, including a lost or expired card, pre-authorized transactions posted after the transaction date due to delayed system posting, insufficient balance, unsuccessful deduction, system malfunction, unsupported devices, the application not being updated to the latest version, or the location function not being enabled.  
  22. In case of any fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of benefits, unlawful conduct, or violation of the terms and conditions of the promotion, UnionPay International reserves the right, without prior notice, to disqualify any cardholder and/or cancel, revoke, or claw back any or all benefits granted. UnionPay International further reserves the right to deny participation in any future promotions, and to seek compensation and/or take legal action as deemed appropriate depending on the severity of each case.
