E-Coupon Redemption Conditions

1. Customers must be M Card members and claim discount E-Coupons via the M Card Application and use them in accordance with the specified terms during May 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025.
2. E-Coupons are divided into 3 rounds, available for redemption from the 1st to the end of each month (or until the quota runs out):
3. Round 1: May 1–31, 2025
4. Round 2: June 1–30, 2025
5. Round 3: July 1–31, 2025
6. Limit: 1 E-Coupon per M Card number per month per participating Gourmet Market branch
7. Max discount: THB 70 per M Card number per month
8. E-Coupons are non-transferable

E-Coupon Usage Conditions

1. THB 20 and THB 50 E-Coupons can be used for purchases of THB 200 and THB 500 respectively (after any applicable discounts and excluding non-eligible products) via Visa Credit QR payment at participating Gourmet Market branches
2. E-Coupons must be presented before payment at the cashier during May 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025
3. Not valid for: infant formula (Stage 1 & 2 and special formulas), alcohol, Wine Cellar items, tobacco, gift cards, prepaid cards, medicines, partial deposits, bulk/wholesale items, items sold in Extra Area, purchases via Call to Order, Call Chat Shop, and non-participating stores
4. E-Coupons must be used within 30 minutes of redemption
5. If Visa QR payment is not completed, the coupon will not be refunded under any circumstances
6. Payment must be done via bank apps that support this Visa QR feature, and transactions must comply with the bank’s terms and conditions
7. 1 E-Coupon can be used per receipt only
8. Cannot be combined with other discount coupons, and once claimed, cannot be returned
9. E-Coupons are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash
10. The Mall Group reserves the right to change or cancel terms, conditions, promotion period, or benefits with at least 7 days’ notice
11. In case of disputes, the company’s decision is final

E-Coupon Usage Conditions for Gourmet Eats

1. THB 20 and THB 50 E-Coupons are valid for purchases of THB 200 and THB 500 respectively (after discounts and excluding non-eligible products) via Visa QR payment at Gourmet Eats in the Take Home Local and Gourmet Hall zones
2. For the Food Court zone, coupons are valid only when purchasing a non-refundable daily Food Card of THB 200 or THB 500 and paying via Visa QR
3. E-Coupons must be shown at the cashier before payment, valid between May 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025
4. Must be used within 30 minutes of redemption
5. Non-completion of Visa QR payment voids the coupon without refund
6. Visa QR payments must be through banking apps that support this feature, and subject to each bank’s terms
7. 1 E-Coupon per receipt
8. Not combinable with other discount coupons, and once redeemed, cannot be returned
9. Not exchangeable or redeemable for cash
10. The Mall Group reserves the right to amend or cancel promotion terms with 7 days’ advance notice

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
