Online promotion at Shopee with KTC UNIONPAY credit card

Terms and Conditions for KTC UNIONPAY credit card 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC UNIONPAY credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Shopee on October 1^st, 2026 – January 31^st, 2027 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.  
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC VISA, KTC MASTERCARD, KTC JCB, and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY cash card. 
3. The cardmembers who shop with KTC UNIONPAY credit card according to specified conditions via Shopee Mobile Application, cardmembers will get a discount according to terms & conditions; 

 *KTC reserves the right to grant discount for 200 Baht discount total of 5 discount code usage / 1 Shopee member / code, and for 1,000 Baht discount total of 1 discount code usage / 1 Shopee member / code  

4. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only. 
5. KTC reserves the right to grant discount per Shopee member as following; 
   5.1 Always-on monthly 200 Baht discount : 5 discount code usage / 1 Shopee member / month. 
   5.2 Always-on monthly 1,000 Baht discount : 1 discount code usage / 1 Shopee member / month. 
6. Limited to 3,609 codes throughout the campaign. 
7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. 
8. Applicable to all categories except Digital products, Ticket & Voucher, Baby powdered milk formula 1&2, Gold Bar, Gold Plate, Gold Rings, Gold Necklaces, Gold Earrings, Gold Bangles, Diamond Rings, Diamond Necklaces, Diamond Earrings, Diamond Bangles, and legally controlled goods.  
9. This voucher is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service (Cannot be used with Seller Own Fleet, Bulky Delivery, Instant Delivery)  
10. For selected products and services only. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services. 
11. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion. 
12. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount before discounts from Shopee coins and delivery fee. 
13. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
