Point redemption for Shopee e-Coupon via KTC Mobile with KTC VISA credit card

Terms and Conditions for e-Coupon redemption

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile app”) according to promotion period and specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD, KTC JCB, KTC UNIONPAY, KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, all types of KTC COMMERCIAL, all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmembers’ points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
4. KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges in this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient points in the amount specified for points redemption. Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in this promotion if they do not have sufficient points.
5. The cardmembers may redeem at the following details for goods purchase at Shopee Mobile Application with specified conditions only.
   5.1 Redeem 899 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code value 100 Baht for minimum spending of 100 Baht.
   5.2 Redeem 2,299 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code valued 300 Baht for minimum spending of 300 Baht.
6. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same KTC VISA credit card only. Exclude payment with KTC cards in Google Pay.
7. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount before discounts from Shopee coins and delivery fee.
8. Applicable to all categories except Digital products, Ticket & Voucher, Baby powdered milk formula 1&2, Gold Bar, Gold Plate, Gold Rings, Gold Necklaces, Gold Earrings, Gold Bangles, Diamond Rings, Diamond Necklaces, Diamond Earrings, Diamond Bangles, and legally controlled goods. 
9. This voucher is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service (Cannot be used with Seller Own Fleet, Bulky Delivery, Instant Delivery).
10. For selected products and services only. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
11. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
12. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.
13. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.
14. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
