Promotion for all types of KTC MASTERCARD credit card and KTC PROUD MASTERCARD cash card at Temu

1. This promotion is only valid for qualifying purchases made on the Temu platform by users who access the Temu platform via Mastercard's exclusive referral link/code and pay with a Mastercard Single-Brand Card or Dual-Brand Card issued in Thailand.
2. The promotion benefits will expire 24 hours after the user's last click of the referral link/code, or at the end of the promotion period, whichever occurs first. If the benefits expire, the user may reactivate them by clicking the referral link/code again within the following time limits (and always no later than the end of the promotion period):

   • For existing users: by the end of the same calendar month in which their first activation occurred.
3. The new user benefit under this promotion is only valid for one qualifying purchase made by a new user within 30 days from their first click of the referral link/code.
4. The existing user benefit under this promotion is only valid for one qualifying purchase made by an existing user each calendar month (up to 10 purchases in total).

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer,cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose,in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
