Promotion for KTC UNIONPAY credit card and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY cash card at Lazada

1. Limited to 1 redemption/user/month with a maximum discount of THB 360/user/month on a first-come, first-served basis. 
2. The promotion is limited to 1,670 redemptions/month, with a total quota of 10,020 redemptions throughout the promotion period.
3. Cardholders can collect the discount voucher from 00:00 hrs. on the 1st day of each month.
4. Cardholders must collect the coupon on Lazada and select a participating UnionPay credit, debit, or cash card as the payment method prior to checkout.
5. Cardholders can combine spending across multiple stores. The total payment amount, after deducting all discounts and excluding delivery fees, must meet the minimum spending requirement, and the payment must be made in full.
6. This discount cannot be combined with other Lazada promotions, except for Seller Vouchers, Free Shipping, LazCoins, LazFlash, and LazRewards.
7. The discount is applicable only to products participating in promotional campaigns as specified by Lazada Ltd. and does not cover products subject to legal restrictions, such as gold, jewelry, online deals, infant formula (Stage 1 and Stage 2), dog food and cat food, etc.
8. The discount will not be refunded in the event of order cancellation under any circumstances. In case of a refund, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount amount.
9. Lazada Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the specified conditions as well as the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.
10. Lazada Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

12. The discount cannot be transferred, changed, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or cash equivalent.

14. For any issues with the discount not being applied after use, please contact UnionPay customer service via Facebook Messenger at “UnionPay International – Thailand” (https://www.facebook.com/UnionPayThailand) within 45 days from the transaction date for further assistance. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to reject any retroactive refund or compensation claims.
15. In case of refunds or cancellations for transactions that enjoy discounts, the cardholder will be deemed to have forfeited the discount. The actual payment amount of the order shall be refunded to the user's original payment card. The quota is considered as used.
16. UnionPay International will not provide any compensation or issue a new discount if the cardholder is unable to receive the discount due to technical issues, personal reasons, or any other reasons, including a lost or expired card, pre-authorized transactions posted after the transaction date due to delayed system posting, insufficient balance, unsuccessful deduction, system malfunction, unsupported devices, the application not being updated to the latest version, or the location function not being enabled. 
17. In case of any fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of benefits, unlawful conduct, or violation of the terms and conditions of the promotion, UnionPay International reserves the right, without prior notice, to disqualify any cardholder and/or cancel, revoke, or claw back any or all benefits granted. UnionPay International further reserves the right to deny participation in any future promotions, and to seek compensation and/or take legal action as deemed appropriate depending on the severity of each case.
18. UnionPay International is not the supplier or provider of any products or services and shall not be responsible for any products, services, or ancillary services offered by the merchants, which shall be solely responsible for the same. For any inquiries or disputes, cardholders should contact the relevant merchant or service provider directly.
19. The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
