Special Online Installment Privilege with LAZADA with KTC Credit card

Conditions

1. The cardmembers who shop products with KTC Credit card according to specified conditions via Lazada Mobile Application, when spend a minimum spending of 12,999 Baht / transaction from regular price of products/ services (before deducting all discounts and exclusive of shipping fees) and choose installment as a payment method prior to checkout. Get 1,500 Baht off, from 7 July 24 - 30 September 24 And reserves the right to grant 100 codes per month.
2. KTC Cardmembers must collect voucher codes on Lazada App and choose installment with participating KTC Cards as a payment method prior to checkout.
3. The cardmembers are required to sign up for Lazada membership before applying the discount. (Lazada Mobile Application is available for download at App Store or Google Play).
4. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code usage / 1 Lazada account / month (Both of website and mobile application)
5. Promotion period on July 7th, 2024 – September 30th, 2024 or until no. of codes last each month. 
6. This promotion cannot be used for Corporate purchased and Market Place.
7. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with other Lazada discount and cannot be applied to products such as gold, jewelry, online deal items, infant formula (formula 1, formula 2), dog food, cat food, and some specific items sold by Lazada.     
8. KTC has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement.
9. KTC reserves the right to assume that the cardmembers who participating in this promotion during the promotional period have agreed to terms and conditions of this promotion.
10. The discount cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.
11. Lazada reserves the right to cancel an order without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, Lazada’s decision is deemed final.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
