Promotion points redemption for Lazada e-Coupon via KTC Mobile with KTC MASTERCARD

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC MASTERCARD credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) via KTC Mobile Application during July 1st, 2024 – October 31st, 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC UNIONPAY cards, all types of KTC VISA and all types of KTC JCB .
3. The cardmembers may redeem at the following details for goods purchase at Lazada website and Lazada Application with specified conditions only.
• Redeem 699 KTC FOREVER points to receive a discount code valued 100 Baht. Minimum spending of 300 Baht / net transaction. Limit to the first 3,668 redemptions through promotion periods only.
4. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
5. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional and discount cannot be used with shipping fee and other discounts.
6. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. Discount can be used 1 time per 1 order purchase
8. Voucher code is not applicable for Tickets & Vouchers, baby milk powder/baby formulas 1,2, gold, Mobile top-up, Bills payment and government regulated items. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign.
9. Discount codes can be used until November 3oth, 2024
10. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes in any cases.
11. In case of cancelled, return or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any cases.
12. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.
13. KTC cardmembers are required to sign up for Lazada membership before applying the discount (Lazada Mobile Application is available for download at App Store or Google Play).
14. For incomplete, refund, cancel order, or inquiries in regards to discount code, please kindly contact Lazada directly.
15. Discount codes cannot be transferred, changed or exchange into cash.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
