Promotion for KTC VISA credit card on Agoda

1. This Visa promotion offer is available for a limited time only while supplies last.
2. Valid for Visa cards issued in Thailand only.
3. The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at following URL: agoda.com/visath
4. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
5. The designated hotels which participate in the Visa promotion will show “VISA TH” once the user inputs correct Visa card number.
6. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
7. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
8. Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
9. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Promotion landing page after entering a valid Visa card number.
10. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
