Special privilege at Bic Camera in Japan with KTC JCB credit card

1. Payment must be made with a JCB credit card only. 
2. This promotion applies only to purchases made at Bic Camera. 
3. JCB cards issued in Japan, Mainland China, the Philippines, Russia, and Myanmar are not eligible for this campaign. 
4. Advance registration via the designated website is required. Registration is considered complete only upon receipt of a confirmation email. Incomplete registrations or registrations made with ineligible cards may not qualify for the promotion. 
5. Cashback will be calculated based on the net spending amount, which may include tax and after deducting discounts from other special offers. 
6. This privilege cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

8. This promotion is subject to a limited number of registrations. Once the maximum number of eligible registrations has been reached, the registration button will be changed to "Closed".
9. Eligible transactions will be determined based on the transaction date. However, transactions with delayed processing or transactions not submitted within the specified period may not qualify for this promotion. 
10. Cashback will be credited through your issuing bank or card issuer. Cardholders will receive the cashback within 60 days after the campaign period ends. 
11. A processing fee for cashback redemption may apply, depending on the card issuer’s policy. 
12. Only transactions settled in Japanese Yen (JPY) are eligible for this promotion. 
13. Cashback will be calculated to up to two decimal places. Amounts smaller than the currency’s minimum unit will be rounded down. 
14. The exchange rate used for transaction settlement may differ from the rate used for cashback calculation, depending on the exchange rate determined by the issuing bank at the time cashback is credited. 
15. Cashback will not be granted in the following cases: 
    -    If purchased products or services are changed, canceled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent 
    -    If the card is canceled or the account is not properly set up by the cashback payment date 
    -    If the card number changes due to card replacement or reissuance before the cashback date 
    -    If the card membership status is invalid at the time cashback is issued 
    -    If payment cannot be completed during the campaign period due to system failure or other reasons 
    -    If payment is made through a third party instead of directly with participating merchants 
16. JCB International Co., Ltd. and Bic Camera shall not be liable for any damages incurred in connection with the use of this campaign. 
17. JCB International Co., Ltd. and Bic Camera are not responsible for any disputes related to this special offer.
18. If a cardmember violates the terms and conditions or causes damage to JCB International Co., Ltd. or third parties through fraud or illegal acts related to participation in this promotion, JCB International Co., Ltd. and Bic Camera reserve the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and revoke all accumulated cashback retroactively. 
19. The promotion period stated herein reflects the scheduled campaign period at the time of publication. The promotion may continue beyond the stated period.

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
