1. To enjoy the discount, cardholders must first register with UnionPay and make payment at participating merchants by using a registered UnionPay Card.
2. Discount is limited to 3 redemptions/card/month and 10 redemptions/card throughout the promotion period. The daily counting cycle runs from 22:01 hrs (Thailand time) to 22:00 hrs (Thailand time) of the following day. Transactions made at or after 22:01 hrs (Thailand time) will be counted toward the next day’s redemption, on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. The promotion is limited to 400 redemptions throughout the promotion period.
4. This promotion is available only at participating stores as specified, and only at branches that accept UnionPay card payments.
5. The instant discount does not apply to specified brands. Please refer to the in-store information for details.
6. Certain stores may be excluded from the promotion due to reasons such as the addition of new stores or store-specific circumstances. In some cases, certain stores, such as unmanned vending machines or stores within large shopping malls, may not be eligible for the promotion or may not be able to enjoy the discount.
7. The amount displayed on the sales receipt or payment page may reflect the full price prior to discount. The actual amount paid after the discount will be reflected in the SMS notification and in the cardholder’s bank statement or mobile banking application.
8. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
9. When multiple UnionPay promotions are available, cardholders are entitled to only one promotion. The system will automatically apply the promotion offering the highest discount or benefit.
10. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
11. In case of any issues or if the card cannot be used, please contact the customer service of the card-issuing bank.

13. In the event of refunds, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount.
14. If case of refunds or cancellations for transactions that enjoy discounts, the user will be deemed to have forfeited the discount. The actual payment amount of the order shall be refunded to the user's original payment card. The quota is considered as used.
15. UnionPay International will not provide any compensation or issue a new discount if the user is unable to receive the discount due to technical issues, personal reasons, or any other reasons, such as a lost or expired card, insufficient balance, unsuccessful deduction, system malfunction, unsupported device, the application not being updated to the latest version, or the location function not being enabled. 
16. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
17. The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
