Details and Conditions

  1. This promotion is reserved exclusively for KTC JCB credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) of cards issued by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (the “Card Company”) who spend THB 1,000 or more per sales slip with any type of KTC JCB credit card (the “Cards”).
  2. Terms and conditions are subject to those set forth by JCB International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and the Card Company.
  3. Cardholders are required to register only once per card for the entire promotion period, from October 1st, 2026 to January 31st, 2027 only through the following designated registration channels: Send an SMS message with JLD followed by a space followed by a 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 or register via the www.ktc.co.th/jcbluckydraw website. Cardholders must receive a confirmation message from the Card Company to be eligible to participate in this promotion. Upon successful registration, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Promotion and shall be eligible to participate in the lucky draw throughout the Promotion Period.
  4. In the event that a Cardholder holds more than one Card and wishes to participate in this promotion, the Cardholder must register each Card individually.
  5. The number of chances to win a prize will be calculated separately based on the spending of each Card.
  6. The prizes are:
    • Kyoto–Osaka Tour Package (6 days 4 nights): 1 prize, consisting of 2 seats for the winner and one companion, with a total prize value of THB 264,800.
    • Tokyo–Mount Fuji Tour Package (6 days 4 nights): 1 prize, consisting of 2 seats for the winner and one companion, with a total prize value of THB 240,000.
    • Okinawa Tour Package (5 days 4 nights): 1 prize, consisting of 2 seats for the winner and one companion, with a total prize value of THB 240,600.
  1. The prize consists of round-trip economy-class airfare (including baggage allowance, airport taxes, and fuel surcharges), the services of one tour guide and one tour leader traveling with the group from Thailand, accommodation with breakfast for 2 persons (twin/double room), transportation as specified in the tour itinerary, meals as specified in the tour itinerary, admission fees to attractions as specified in the tour itinerary, one bottle of drinking water per person per day, one Internet SIM card (E-SIM) per person, tips for the tour guide and local driver, travel accident insurance and health insurance for 2 persons.
  2. The value of all prizes is exclusive of value-added tax (VAT). The Company shall bear the VAT on all prizes.
  3. The prize value does not include personal expenses, such as telephone charges, laundry charges, minibar charges, alcoholic beverages, meals and beverages other than those specified in the tour itinerary, excess baggage charges exceeding the allowance prescribed by the airline, passport application fees, and Japanese visa application fees for foreign passport holders.
  4. Winning Cardholders shall receive only the specified tour package prize awarded to them and shall not be entitled to select, exchange or substitute any prize.
  5. Cardholders will be entitled to chances to win a prize when they spend THB 1,000 or more per sales slip with their registered Card at merchants in Thailand and overseas, in accordance with the conditions set by the Company and the Card Company, during the promotion period. Spending of less than THB 1,000 per sales slip will not be counted toward chances under this promotion. Cardholders will receive a maximum of one chance per sales slip. For example,
    a. Spending of THB 900 on one sales slip: The Cardholder will not receive any chance.
    b. Spending of THB 600 on one sales slip and THB 400 on another sales slip: The Cardholder will not receive any chance.
    c. Spending of THB 1,000 on one sales slip: The Cardholder will receive one chance.
    d. Spending of THB 1,500 on one sales slip: The Cardholder will receive one chance.
    e. Spending of THB 1,200 on one sales slip and THB 1,000 on another sales slip: The Cardholder will receive two chances.
  6. For transactions made in foreign currencies, eligible entries will be calculated based on the Thai Baht equivalent amount as shown on the KTC JCB credit cardholder’s credit card statement (Statement of Account).
  7. The spending amount via the Card that will be used to calculate the right to win prizes must occur within the promotional period only. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, subscription or purchase of units in any mutual fund, payment of Unit Linked insurance premium, installment payment with KTC cards by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
  8. Employees of the Company, the Card Company, their affiliated companies, and any companies involved in this promotion are not eligible to participate.
  9. In the event of any amendments, changes, or additions to the terms and conditions of this promotion, and/or any changes to the prizes/privileges under this promotion, and/or cancellation of this promotion for any reason whatsoever that affects the rights of Cardholders, the Company and the Card Company will notify Cardholders at least 30 days in advance. The Company will notify Cardholders via https://www.specialoffers.jcb/th/ and www.facebook.com/JCBCardThailandTH, and the Card Company will notify Cardholders via https://www.ktc.co.th/jcbluckydraw.
  1. Upon the conclusion of this promotional campaign period, the Card Company will calculate the total number of prize entries for cardholders based on eligible card spending in accordance with the specified terms and conditions, and will report this to the Company by submitting a report listing the Unique ID for each card eligible to participate The entry numbers for each Unique ID and other information as mutually agreed upon by the Company and the card issuer must be submitted by February 24, 2027. The Company and/or its representative will conduct the prize draw in the 2nd-floor conference room of Villa Baron Hotel, located at 81, 88 Soi Changwatana- Pak Kret 9, Pak Kret Subdistrict, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, on March 18, 2027. The prize draw will be conducted separately for each card-issuing company participating in this sales promotion campaign.
  2. The Company and/or its representatives reserve the right to conduct a random drawing of the names of 15 from the list of reserve winners. In the event that a winner declines the prize or does not fully meet the specified eligibility criteria, that winner will be deemed to have forfeited the right to receive the prize. The prize shall be awarded to the next reserve winner in sequential order. If there are no further eligible reserve cardholders remaining, the Company will consider donating the prize to a public charity.
  3. Cardholders are eligible to enter the drawing an unlimited number of times. However, if a cardholder wins more than one prize, that cardholder is entitled to receive only one prize—specifically, the prize drawn first in chronological order. Any other prizes won by that cardholder in subsequent drawings will be forfeited, and the Company will conduct a new drawing to select another lucky cardholder to receive that prize instead.
  4. The prize drawing will be conducted under License No. 122/2569, issued at the Pak Kret District Office, Nonthaburi Province, on September 14, 2026.
  1. The Company will contact the card issuer to announce the list of winning Cardholders through the Card Company designated channels by March 24, 2027, via the website https://www.ktc.co.th/jcbluckydraw.
  2. The Company has appointed GMM Music Co., Ltd. (Public Company Limited) and D-Luck Event Co., Ltd. (“the Company’s Representatives”) to administer this promotional campaign. Therefore, the Company’s Representatives may act on behalf of the Company in contacting or receiving information from cardholders regarding matters related to the promotional campaign, including collecting withholding tax upon receipt of prizes.
  3. The Card Company will contact the winner to inform them of the procedures and conditions for claiming their prizes via telephone and other channels, such as email, mail, or SMS, based on the contact information the cardholders have provided to the Card Company, from March 24, 2027, through April 9, 2027.
  4. Winners must confirm their eligibility to receive the prize within the specified timeframe by following these steps:

  6. After confirming eligibility with the company representative by phone, the winner must submit the following supporting documents via email at dluckevent@gmail.com by April 9, 2027
  7. One set of copies of their national ID card
  8. Proof of prize notification from the Card Company (letter, email, or SMS)
  9. In the event that the winner waives their right to receive the prize, fails to confirm their eligibility within the specified timeframe, or if the aforementioned deadline has passed and the Card Company is unable to contact the winner through the contact information provided, the winner shall be deemed to have waived their right to receive the prize under this promotional campaign, and the Company reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible cardholder in line.
  10. In the event that the winner waives the right to receive the prize, the Card Company will contact the next eligible cardholder on the reserve list via the phone number provided to the Card Company If the next eligible cardholder in the reserve list waives their right to the prize, fails to confirm their eligibility to receive the prize, or if the Card Company is unable to contact the next eligible cardholder in the reserve list through the provided contact information, that cardholder will be deemed to have waived their right to the prize, and the Card Company will proceed to contact the next eligible cardholder in the reserve list to award the prize instead.
  11. Winners and alternate winners who receive prizes must pay a 5% withholding tax on the value of the prize in accordance with applicable laws.
  12. Winners and alternate winners acknowledge that the prize received under this promotional campaign constitutes taxable income for personal income tax purposes pursuant to Section 40(8) of the Revenue Code, which will be included in the year-end tax calculation.
  13. Winners and alternate winners will receive a Japan tour package, with each prize consisting of two seats: one for the winner and one for a companion.
  14. In the event that the winner, the alternate winner, and/or the accompanying guest is unable to depart Thailand and/or is denied entry into Japan, the prize shall be deemed to have been received, and the right to receive said prize shall immediately be forfeited.
  15. The winner, alternate winner, and accompanying guest must have a passport with an expiration date remaining for more than 6 months from the date of travel.
  16. The winner, alternate winner, and guest must travel round-trip on the dates and times specified by the Company and comply strictly with the details and conditions set forth in the tour program.
  17. Any fees and taxes incurred in addition to the value of the prize must be borne solely by the winner and/or alternate winner.
  18. Details regarding airline tickets, accommodations, and the contents of the tour package are subject to the terms and conditions set by the Company and the tour operator.
  19. The personal information of the winner and accompanying guests will be disclosed to the tour operator by the Company and/or its representatives for the purpose of awarding the prize or conducting activities related to this promotional campaign.
  20. The right to receive the prize is non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever.
  21. The Company and the Card Company reserve the right to cancel, revoke, or reclaim any or all prizes or benefits under this promotion, in whole or in part, and to claim compensation for damages (if any), if the right to participate in this promotion is exercised in bad faith, dishonestly, or fraudulently to obtain benefits under this promotion. Examples include using an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminal in a business related to the Cardholder, using this promotion for commercial purposes, using the Card in violation of the specified terms or contrary to its intended purpose of personal consumption, failing to comply with the credit card agreement or personal loan agreement, defaulting on payment, or cancelling any transaction after the Company has awarded the prize or benefit to the eligible Cardholder. All such decisions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company and the Card Company. The Company and the Card Company may request additional information from the Cardholder as necessary, regardless of whether the prize has already been awarded to the Cardholder.
  22. The Company and the Card Company shall not be liable for any compensation, reimbursement, damages or indemnity of any kind.
  23. Prizes received under this promotional campaign cannot be exchanged for cash, reward points, or other prizes, nor can the right to receive them be transferred to another person.
  24. The Company and the Card Company reserve the right to grant benefits under this promotional program exclusively to Cardholders who maintain their membership status, have an account in good standing, and have no history of delinquency throughout the duration of the program until the date the Card Company grants the benefits to the Cardholder.
  25. The Company and the Card Company are not the manufacturers, suppliers or service providers of the prizes. If you have any questions regarding the prizes, please contact the manufacturer or service provider of the prize directly.
  26. Other terms and conditions of this promotional campaign are as determined by the Company, and the terms of use for the card are as determined by the Card Company.
  27. These terms and conditions are prepared in both Thai and a foreign language. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict or discrepancy between the Thai version and any translation thereof, the Thai version shall prevail and be binding for all purposes.
  1. By participating in this promotional campaign, cardholders acknowledge that the Card Company will verify their eligibility and rights based on the registered information and card spending history to determine the number of chances and generate a unique ID for each cardholder, which will be sent to the Company. The Company will then forward this information to its representatives to proceed with the prize drawing. Since the assignment of the aforementioned Unique ID is unrelated to the card number, the Company and its agents will not be able to use this information to identify individual cardholders at this stage.
  2. Once eligible Cardholders have been notified by the Card Company of the results and the conditions for receiving the prize, those who wish to claim the prize must confirm their eligibility and provide their information to the Company's Representatives for contacting the eligible Cardholder and arranging delivery of the prize, including the use of the eligible Cardholder’s name and photograph for publicity purposes, public appearances, events, advertisements and other promotional materials as determined by the Company. The Company is not required to pay any compensation to eligible Cardholders for the use of such photographs.
  3. The Company and/or its representatives will ensure that the cardholder’s personal information is securely protected in accordance with the Company’s and/or its representatives’ personal data protection policies and applicable laws
  4. Cardholders may exercise their rights as data subjects as prescribed by law, such as the right to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict the processing of their data, by contacting the Company’s Data Protection Officer via email at pdpa@jcb.co.th.
  5. Cardholders may review details regarding the Company’s processing of personal data in the Company’s Privacy Policy at https://www.th.jcb/th/about-us/policy/privacy/index.html and regarding the processing of personal data by each card issuer on the respective Card Company’s website.
  6. The Company and/or its representatives hereby confirm that they will use the cardholders’ personal data solely for the purpose of conducting this promotional campaign. The Company and/or its representatives will not use the data for any other purpose and will destroy the data upon the campaign’s conclusion, unless otherwise required by law. In this regard, the Company will protect your personal data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
  7. These Terms and Conditions shall take effect immediately upon the cardholder clicking “Agree” or “Join” the promotional campaign in the format specified by the Company and the card companies, regardless of whether the cardholder accesses or applies via the Internet, mobile devices, or any other means. The Company and the Card Company reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, with such amendments taking effect immediately upon the Company and the card companies publishing the amended version on their websites and/or the Card Company’s mobile app.
