JD.com Promotion : Get up to 150 RMB for KTC UNIONPAY credit card and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY cash card

1. This promotion is applicable to transactions completed through UnionPay network with UnionPay cards issued in countries and regions outside the Chinese mainland.
2. Cardholders must choose to pay in CNY in order to receive the discount.
3. The promotion is only applicable to orders with shipping address in Thailand, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan Region and other countries and regions (excluding the Chinese mainland).
4. A daily limit of offers is set during the promotion period on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. Each JD ID is limited to enjoy 2 times discount for each tier offer per month.
5. During the promotion period, the discounts offer will be subject to the final actual payment time of the user, and the payment after the promotion time will not be entitled to the discounts.
6. If a refund occurs for a transaction that is entitled to a discount, only the actual amount paid by the user (excluding the amount of discount) will be refunded, and the discount will be applied to the next eligible transaction in the corresponding promotion period.
7. When enjoying the discount offer, cardholders must be bound by the relevant terms and conditions issued by JD. JD and UnionPay International reserve the right to change or discontinue the offer without prior notice. After the issuance of these terms and conditions and their amendments, when the user wishes to use the related services provided by JD, the user is deemed to acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
8. If JD and UnionPay International discover any fraudulent or misappropriated behavior, JD and UnionPay International have the right to immediately stop providing the relevant account with the services for which it has been enjoying the discount rewards without prior notice, and at the same time withdraw the issued discount rewards.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
