Tourist Perks:

1. Tourists are required to present their passport as well as their MasterCard® at Level 1 Jewel Concierge for verification to redeem for the $5 Retail Voucher.
2. $5 Retail Voucher and $5 Attractions Voucher redemption is for tourists. Our Concierge may request to see the traveller’s boarding pass stub to facilitate the redemption
3. Limited to one redemption per tourist per day, while stocks last.
4. Jewel Changi Airport Trustee reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
