1. The daily counting cycle runs from 22:01 hrs (Thailand time) to 22:00 hrs (Thailand time) of the following day. Any transactions made from 22:01 hrs (Thailand time) onwards will be counted toward the next day's redemption.
2. This promotion is applicable to tax-free purchases only.
3. Certain products may be subject to an 8% consumption tax and are not eligible for this promotion.
4. Alcoholic beverages must be paid for at designated counters.
5. This promotion is not applicable to certain products, including but not limited to: Apple genuine products, non-Japanese brand watches, Grand Seiko products, game consoles and their genuine accessories, game software, PlayStation VR, Meta Quest, selected Panasonic products, DJI products, selected FUJIFILM products, certain alcoholic beverages (e.g. whisky), outlet products, and second-hand products.
6. The promotion and eligible items are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to check with store staff at the point of sale before making payment.
7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
8. In the event of refunds, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount.
9. If case of refunds or cancellations for transactions that enjoy discounts, the user will be deemed to have forfeited the discount. The actual payment amount of the order shall be refunded to the user's original payment card. The quota is considered as used.
10. UnionPay International will not provide any compensation or issue a new discount if the user is unable to receive the discount due to technical issues, personal reasons, or any other reasons, such as a lost or expired card, insufficient balance, unsuccessful deduction, system malfunction, unsupported device, the application not being updated to the latest version, or the location function not being enabled.
11. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
