Triple benefits at Lotte Duty Free Korea for all types of KTC credit cards

1. LDF PAY benefits are granted to members only. To receive these benefits, customers must register as Lotte Duty Free members.
2. This promotion is exclusively for individual international travelers who travel independently. Each customer can participate only once per campaign period, including both basic gifts and partner offers.
3. Customers traveling in tour groups or with tour guides are not eligible for this promotion.
4. LDF PAY issued during this campaign is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance.
5. LDF PAY can only be used at offline Lotte Duty Free stores in Korea and at official online stores.
6. Allocation of LDF PAY is based on the total purchase amount of each customer on the day of participation.
7. This offer is not valid for purchases from the following stores and brands: ROLEX, LOUIS VUITTON, CHANEL (including cosmetics), HERMÈS, CHRISTIAN DIOR, CARTIER, BVLGARI, TIFFANY & CO., VAN CLEEF & ARPELS, OMEGA, GENTLE MONSTER, and other specified brands.
8. The promotion cannot be used for tobacco products, electronics, or items discounted over 30%.
9. Discount rates may vary by brand and product; some brands and products may not be eligible for discounts.
10. In case of cancellation or return of purchased goods, all related benefits and gifts must be returned. If LDF PAY cannot be returned, the equivalent cash value must be refunded.
11. LDF PAY cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
12. This offer is valid only at stores that are open for business.
13. The promotion applies to all eligible KTC credit cardholders who meet the criteria. Cardholders must have no outstanding balance on their cards to be eligible.
14. This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of the participating stores. In case of any dispute, the decision of Lotte Duty Free Korea and/or the participating stores shall be final.
15. The promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, non-exchangeable for cash or other products, and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or fixed-price items unless explicitly stated.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
