- Offer is valid for all Mastercard Cards issued by Mastercard customer banks in the following Asia Pacific countries as listed down below” (“eligible Mastercard”):

- For the avoidance of doubt, all Mastercard Cards issued in Singapore shall only be eligible for offer in the participating hospitals outside of Singapore market.
- The Promotion will begin on 20 January 2025 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive), (“Promotion Period”).
- The Offers are available in the participating hospital as listed out in point 1. The list of participating hospitals may be updated from time to time at the discretion of the Merchant. The Merchant reserves the right to modify, add, or remove hospitals from the list.
- Booking Process:
1) Visit https://medixplore.co.
2) Use “AI Assist”, select the treatment, country and participating hospitals.
3) Click on “Get A Quote” button and submit the details.
4) Indicate "MC_MXPLORE1" in “Additional information” tab to avail the benefit.
5) MyCLNQ Case consultant will reach via email or whatsapp to assist in booking appointment.
6) Visit the hospital on the date of appointment and use an eligible Mastercard card o make payment to redeem offer.
- Offer is valid on all eligible Mastercard Cards presented at point-of-sale who have completed booking via booking process outlined in point 5.
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- In the event of disputes, the decision of Merchant and Mastercard shall be final and binding. Mastercard (as defined below) and Merchant reserve the right of final approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, on all matters concerning the use of this offer.
- This Promotion and offers are not transferable, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- Merchant acts solely as a facilitator of services provided by the partner healthcare provider ("Service Provider") and bears no responsibility for the performance, quality, or outcomes of these services. All transactions, agreements, and interactions between the cardholder’s and the Service Provider are solely between those parties. Merchant shall not be liable for any disputes, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the services provided, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
- The cardholders acknowledge and assumes full responsibility when engaging with the Service Provider. Furthermore, the Service Provider agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Merchant, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from the services provided, including but not limited to negligence, misconduct, or breach of agreement by the Service Provider.
"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
