Promotion for KTC JCB credit card at Starbucks in Singapore

1. The offer is applicable to JCB credit cards issued in all regions.
2. SGD 5 off purchases in a single receipt with a minimum SGD15 spend (GST inclusive) at following Starbucks Singapore stores: Airport Terminal 2 Departure Hall, Airport Terminal 2 Transit Hall, Airport Terminal 3 Departure Hall, Airport Terminal 4, Jewel Changi Airport, Mandai Bird Paradise and River Wonders.
3. Promotion is capped at SGD 5 off only per transaction.
4. Applicable only for in-store purchases on food and drinks.
5. Not applicable for purchase and reload of Starbucks Card, and mobile or delivery orders.
6. Not applicable with other promotional offers or discounts.
7. No limitation per JCB Card per day.
8. All payments must be made with a valid JCB Card.
9. JCB shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the offers and products by the Merchant.
10. JCB and Starbucks reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or end the Promotion without prior notice.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
