Starbucks Promotion : Get complimentary size upgrade for KTC MASTERCARD credit card and KTC PROUD MASTERCARD cash card

1. The offer is only available from Apr 15, 2025 to Aug 14, 2025 (both days inclusive).
2. Mastercard cardholder (“Cardholder”) is required to settle the full payment of in-store reloading Starbucks card at HK$500 or above by a Mastercard card (including Mastercard card added to Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay). Each Cardholder can receive and enjoy an instant free offer of one tall-sized handcrafted beverage on completing each Eligible Transaction.
3. The Promotion is only applicable to Starbucks stores in Hong Kong (except for Hongkong Disneyland store, all airport stores & Asia World Expo store, University of Hong Kong Medical Campus store & "We Proudly Serve Starbucks" Counter).
4. The Promotion is not applicable to reloading value to a Starbucks card not registered with the App, or any reloading of Starbucks Card online or in the App.
5. The Promotion is applicable to redemption of a tall-sized (354ml) handcrafted beverage only, but not applicable to handcrafted beverage from Starbucks Reserve™, Mixology Bar, Teavana™ Bar/Kiosk, bottled and canned beverage.
6. Each eligible transaction can only enjoy the eligible reward for once.
7. The instant free offer of one tall-sized handcrafted beverage can only be redeemed at the same time of eligible in-store reloading is made. The reward will be automatically forfeited or else.
8. The Promotion is redeemed on a first-come-first-served basis while the redemption quota lasts.
9. The Promotion does not include any customization of beverage and any size upgrade; additional customization charges should be paid by the cardholder directly.
10. All in store reload cannot be cancelled or refunded.
11. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with Starbucks® Rewards 1st week free upgrade of promotional beverages, any Reward redemption of Starbucks® Rewards, other promotional offer/discount, set offer or staff discount of Maxim’s Group.
12. Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd. reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
