The Boathouse Promotion: Receive stay 3 night pay for 2 night for KTC MASTERCARD credit card and KTC PROUD MASTERCARD cash card

1. The Offer is valid for Eligible Mastercard Cardholders in Asia Pacific only.
2. The Offer is valid for new reservation only, not applicable for amendment of existing bookings.
3. Stay Window: 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025 (Both Dates Inclusive) 
4. Black-out dates apply, are unique to each Participating Property, and are subject to change
5. A minimum of 3 consecutive nights' stay is applicable for The Boathouse Pulau Tioman, while a minimum of 4 nights' stay is applicable for The Boathouse Phuket. The unused complimentary night is non-refundable.
6. The offer is applicable when reservations are made through the hotel's official website links mentioned above or by contacting the reservation team. Payment must be made using Mastercard cards issued by Mastercard issuers in the Asia Pacific region.
7. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discounts or packages and are non-exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash.
8. Booking amendment and cancellation of room reservations shall be subjected to the individual hotel' cancellation, amendment and no-show policies.
9. Offer is not applicable to groups, corporate rates, tour operator, travel agency, group and packages, complimentary stays, industry rates, wholesaler and third-party rates.
10. Participating room types, minimum stay requirements, discount and offer validity may vary by hotel.
11. Prevailing taxes and service charges apply.
12. Mastercard and The Boutique Collection by HPL Hotels &Resorts reserve the right to vary the Promotion and the terms and conditions applicable to the same or to withdraw or discontinue the Promotion without prior notice or liability to any party.
13. All reservations must be made in advance, prior to arrival and is subject to availability.
14. “Qualifying Stay” must meet all criteria below:
    - Reservations must be made online only through the official website of the respective hotel or by contacting the hotel's reservation team.
    - Cardholders are required to provide their Eligible Mastercard details when making a room reservation, at the point of check-in and when settling room payment.
15. If criteria are not met, Best Available Rate room charges will apply.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
