1. The Offer is valid till 31st December 2025.
2. Cardholders need to indicate their intention to redeem the Offer before the bill is generated and may be asked to present their Mastercard card for confirmation.
3. The Offer is available only upon making full payment by a valid and unexpired Mastercard card issued.
4. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/ promotion/ scheme.
5. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any form of credit.
6. Total spending will be calculated based on the product cost only excluding all taxes, GST, delivery charges, etc. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.

8. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any cardholder who utilizes, participates in or attempts to utilize or participate in the Mastercard Card Offers program, irrevocably agrees to the following: Mastercard will not be liable under contract, tort or any other theory of law for any claim regarding loss or damage howsoever incurred in relation to the use (or attempted use) of the Offer; and accordingly, the cardholder will not make any claim against Mastercard regarding the same.

11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
