Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Participating Pet Stores and Veterinary Hospitals during 01 March 2025 - 31 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
  2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text Type AML (space) 16-digit card number # and spending amount/ sales slip / sales slip send  to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/aml, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC. 
  4. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
  5. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
  6. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
  7. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
  8. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month . In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion.


Terms and Conditions for special Flat Rate

  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who pay for the specified goods/services through card at participating Pet Stores and Veterinary Hospitals during 01 March 2025 - 31 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
  2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. Cardmembers who wish to convert the purchased transaction to an interest rate of 0.74% per month (Flat Rate), with a choice of installment periods ranging from 3 to 10 months. are required to register at KTC PHONE at 02 123 5000 on the purchased date only. The conversion of the Flat Rate into the equivalent Effective Rate is as follows :

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

  1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
