Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount
- This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 6 Feb 26 - 17 Feb 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
- The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
- For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
- Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
- This Promotion excludes the spending on goods/services in the following categories: gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and any product sold in the rental booths or shops.
- This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
Club 21 Voucher Earning Terms (Next Purchase)
- Customers must purchase regular-priced participating items between 6–17 February 2026 with the required net spending per tier (after deducting member discounts, other discounts, and Club 21 Birthday or Club 21 Redemption Vouchers). Club 21 Instant Gift Vouchers and third-party vouchers may be used as payment and included in the spending calculation to qualify for the corresponding Club 21 Voucher for use on the next purchase.
- Purchases of Instant Gift Vouchers (IGV) are not eligible.
- Purchases of consignment items are not eligible.
- Qualifying spending must be completed within a single sales slip only. Multiple receipts cannot be combined.
- This promotion cannot be combined with 0% installment plans for 3 or 6 months sponsored by Club 21.
- Please check with each store for details of participating and non-participating items.
Club 21 Voucher Redemption Terms (Next Purchase)
- Valid for regular-priced participating items only.
- Can be used in conjunction with member discounts, tourist discounts, and other department store promotions.
- Can be combined with Club 21 Birthday Voucher, Club 21 Redemption Voucher, Club 21 Instant Gift Voucher, and third-party vouchers (department store gift vouchers).
- Vouchers are valid until 31 March 2026.
- Only vouchers from the same promotion may be combined and used together on one sales slip.
- The total purchase amount must exceed the voucher value.
- No minimum spending is required. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, nor is change provided.
- Any remaining balance paid by cash, credit card, online payment link (2C2P), or third-party gift vouchers can be counted toward spending to qualify for the CNY’26 promotional voucher.
- This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with 0% installment plans for 3 or 6 months sponsored by Club 21.
"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
- KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
