Promotion at Participating Fashion Brands Earn Up To 5x KTC Points with KTC JCB Credit Cards

Terms and Conditions for xX KTC Points

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points ("KTC Points") and spend on card at participating stores (In Thailand -Channel Offline & Online) - UNIQLO, MUJI, Comme des garcons, ISSEY MIYAKE during 1 July 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered Card, for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
3. Cardmembers who spend on KTC JCB card at 3,000 - 9,999 Baht per month per card, will earn 2x KTC Points (1x regular point and 1x extra points) or 10,000 – 99,999 Baht per month per card, will earn 3x KTC Points (1x regular point and 2x extra points) or 100,000 - 300,000 Baht per month per card, will earn 5x KTC Points (1x regular point and 4x extra points). KTC Points will be transferred into cardmembers’ accounts according to the conditions of this promotion.
4. KTC will credit Extra KTC Points to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each period.
5. Limited extra points 48,000 points per person per month or limit spending up to 300,000 Baht per person per month for get extra points. Any spending that exceeds the maximum spending of 300,000 Baht per person per month will receive normal points.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
