1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to give KTC points to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points ("KTC Points") and spend with KTC JCB credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating department stores within Thailand and under the MCC Code 5311 (Department Store) : All Central & Robinson Department Stores / The Mall & The M Life Store Department Stores / Emporium Department Store / EmQuartier and EmSphere in Department Store / Paragon Department Store / Blu'Port Hua Hin Department Store / Siam Takashimaya Department Store / Participating counter brands at Siam Discovery “OPENSPACE ZONE / Participating counter brands at ICONSIAM “OPENSPACE ZONE”  / EmQuartier in Department Store zone / Central Application and www.central.co.th / M Online Application and www.monline.com during 1 January 2024 - 30 June 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. Cardmembers will earn x2 KTC Points by making transactions with a KTC JCB credit cards valued at 1 - 9,999 Baht per month per  card (1x regular point and 1X extra points) or x4 KTC Points by making transactions with a KTC JCB credit cards valued at 10,000 – 99,999 Baht per month per card (1x regular point and 3X extra points) or x7 KTC Points by making transactions with a KTC JCB credit cards valued at 100,000 Baht per month per card (1x regular point and 6X extra points). KTC Points will be transferred into cardmembers’ accounts according to the conditions of this promotion.
3. KTC will credit KTC special points into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month. 
4. For all The Mall & The Mall Life Store Department Stores / Emporium Department Store / EmQuartier and EmSphere in Department Store / Paragon Department Store / Blu'Port Hua Hin Department Store ,the special privileges under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services at Power Mall, Gourmet Market & Home Fresh Mart, products/services made with installment payments, purchases of liquor/Wine Cellar, cigarettes, medicine, gift vouchers, all types of prepaid cards, products or services that violate the prohibitions or regulations. of the law, such as food or nutritional supplements for infants Food for young children which is currently in force or may be enforced in the future, product deposits not being paid in full, rental shops within the mall and the center cannot participate in the program
5. For Central Department stores and Robinson Department stores, this privilege do not cover purchases of products/services made with installment payment, purchases of gift cards, alcohol, medicine, all products at Tops Supermarket, Tops Market, Powerbuy, B2S, HomeWorks and Supersports; and products at rental spaces and rental merchants.
6. For Siam Discovery and ICONSIAM, the privilege is eligible at participating counter brands in the “OPENSPACE ZONE“ area only. The special privileges under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services categorized as alcohol, beer, cigarettes, gift cards, or purchases made with installment payments or at rental merchants.
7. For Siam Takashimaya Department store, the special privileges under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services categorized as alcohol, beer, cigarettes, gift cards, or purchases made with installment payments or at rental merchants.
8. Limited extra points at 24,000 points per person per month or limit spending up to 100,000.- per person per month for get extra points. Any spending that exceeds the maximum spending of 100,000.- per person per month will receive normal points.
9. The extra KTC points received under this promotion has no expiry date.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
