Terms and Conditions for up to x7 KTC Points

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on KTC JCB credit card at Central Department Store, Robinson Department Store, The Mall Group Department Store (The Mall Lifestore & The Mall, Emporium, Emquartier, Emsphere, Paragon, Skyport Donmuang, Blu'Port (Only Department Store and Power Mall), Siam Takashimaya Department Store and “OPENSPACE ZONE” Participating counter brands at Siam Discovery and ICONSIAM, Line Chat & Shop, Facebook Live and Personal Shopper 1425 of Central & Robinson, Central App., www.central.co.th and M Chat & Shop of The Mall Group Department Store during 1 Jun 25 - 31 Aug 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered Card, for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
3. Cardmembers who spend on KTC JCB card at 1 - 9,999 Baht per month per card, will earn 2x KTC Points (1x regular point and 1X extra points) or 10,000 – 99,999 Baht per month per card, will earn 4x KTC Points (1x regular point and 3X extra points) or 100,000 - 300,000 Baht per month per card, will earn 7x KTC Points (1x regular point and 6X extra points). KTC Points will be transferred into cardmembers’ accounts according to the conditions of this promotion.
4. KTC will credit Extra KTC Points to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each period.
5. Limited extra points 72,000 points per person per month or limit spending up to 300,000.- per person per month for get extra points. Any spending that exceeds the maximum spending of 300,000.- per person per month will receive normal points.
6. Central Department Stores and Robinson Department Store, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services at Tops Super, Tops Market, Power Buy, B2S, BnB Home, Supersports, vouchers, alcoholic beverages, medicine, product not participating, Rental spaces and rental merchants.
7. The Mall Group Department Store (The Mall Lifestore & The Mall, Emporium, Emquartier, Emsphere, Paragon, Skyport Donmuang, Blu'Port (Only Department Store and Power Mall) the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services at Gourmet Market & Home Fresh Mart, liquor/wine cellar, cigarettes, medicine, Gourmet Eats, Food Hall, take home, gift cards, vouchers, all pre-paid cards, 1+/2+ infant and baby formula, partial product deposits, product not participating and products at rental spaces and rental merchants in department stores and shopping malls.
8. Siam Takashimaya Department Store, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services categorized as alcohol, beer, cigarettes, gift cards, product not participating or at rental merchants.
9. Siam Discovery and ICONSIAM, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion is eligible at participating counter brands in the “OPENSPACE ZONE“ area only, and do not cover purchases of products/services categorized as alcohol, beer, cigarettes, gift cards, product not participating or at rental merchants.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
