Promotion Buy Central or Robinson Department Store gift vouchers with KTC credit cards

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption to Recive Additional Department Store Gift Vouchers

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Central Department Store and Robinson Department Store during 1 Nov 24 – 31 Jan 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. Cardmembers who purchase department store gift vouchers on card, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points every 15,000 points per sales slip to recieve additional departmentstore gift vouchers 2,500 baht (from department store 500 baht and KTC 2,000 baht) in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
4. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
5. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of departmentstore gift vouchers per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
6. Members can receive additional department store gift vouchers at the service points of participating stores. Within the day that card transaction has been made. according to specified conditions only.
7. The usage of the gift vouchers are subject to terms and conditions. Any difference in balance after the use of a mall gift voucher must be paid for with a KTC credit card.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
