Terms and Conditions for the "Robinson gift voucher" Promotion

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC MASTERCARD credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at Central Department Store Chaeng Wattana during 1 Sep 26 - 22 Sep 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers are eligible to receive Central gift voucher under the promotional campaign conditions at service points of participating merchants, provided they spend with the credit card on the same day and meet the specified conditions.
3. The use of Central gift voucher is subject to terms and conditions. Any balance remaining after using a Central gift voucher must be paid with a KTC MASTERCARD credit card.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
