​Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Central Department Store during 1 Aug 26 – 31 Aug 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. Cardmembers who spend on card, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
4. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
5. Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
6. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
7. Central Department Store, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services at Tops Super, Tops Market, Power Buy, B2S, BnB Home, Supersports, vouchers, alcoholic beverages, medicine, product not participating, Rental spaces and rental merchants.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Central App and www.central.co.th during 1 Aug 26 - 31 Aug 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at ktc.promo/central-momday within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately. 
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month.

Terms and Conditions for Additional Cashback of up to 7%

1. This privilege is reserved exclusively for cardmembers who hold Krungthai Private Banking, Krungthai Precious+, or Krungthai Iconic customer status and maintain the required asset balance as prescribed by Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited ("the Bank"). The privilege is non-transferable and may not be assigned to or exercised by any other person.
2. This shopping privilege is available only to principal cardmembers who make eligible purchases with a KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING VISA INFINITE, KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRECIOUS+ VISA SIGNATURE, KTC - KRUNGTHAI ICONIC VISA SIGNATURE Credit Card or KTC - KTB PRECIOUS PLUS VISA INFINITE Credit Card (collectively, the "Card") at participating department stores and redeem KTC FOREVER Points ("Points") equivalent to the spending amount on each sales slip to receive an additional discount or cash back, in accordance with KTC's terms and conditions, during 1 August 2026 – 31 October 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
3. Cardmembers who satisfy the spending and point redemption requirements under Clause 2 are eligible to receive additional cash back of up to 7%. The additional cash back rate is determined based on the cardmember's Krungthai Wealth customer status designated by the Bank and is calculated only on the portion of spending for which KTC FOREVER Points are redeemed in an amount equal to the transaction amount to receive an additional discount or 13% or 16% cash back under KTC's promotion at participating department stores. The additional cash back entitlement is as follows:
4. 1. Krungthai Private Banking: Additional 7% cash back, up to THB 600 per cardmember (limited to 200 privileges across all participating department stores).
   2. Krungthai Precious+: Additional 4% cash back, up to THB 400 per cardmember (limited to 600 privileges across all participating department stores).
   3. Krungthai Iconic: Additional 2% cash back, up to THB 200 per cardmember (limited to 2,000 privileges across all participating department stores).
4. Eligible cardmembers must continuously maintain their Krungthai Private Banking, Krungthai Precious+, or Krungthai Iconic customer status and the required asset balance as prescribed by the Bank from the date of participation until the date the Bank processes the additional cash back. If a cardmember fails to maintain the required customer status or asset balance during such period, the cardmember will not be entitled to the additional cash back. The Bank reserves the right to verify the customer's status and asset balance prior to granting the benefit, and the Bank's decision shall be final.
5. Privilege Allocation
   A. The number of privileges will be allocated based on eligible customers under each Krungthai Wealth customer status.
   B. Privileges will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the order in which eligible transactions under Clause 2 are completed.
   C. The maximum additional cash back that each eligible customer may receive will be calculated based on all eligible transactions across all participating department stores during the Promotion Period.
   
6. KTC will credit the additional cash back to the eligible cardmember's credit card account within 60 days from the last day of the month in which the qualifying transaction is made.
7. This privilege may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
8. The Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions and/or this privilege, in whole or in part, including replacing the privilege with another of comparable value, by giving at least 15 days' prior notice through the Bank's website or any other communication channel designated by the Bank. Such prior notice is not required if the changes do not adversely affect customers. In the event of any dispute relating to this promotion, the Bank's decision shall be final.
9. Any matters not specified herein shall be governed by the terms and conditions prescribed by the Bank and KTC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
