Promotion for KTC MASTERCARD credit card and KTC PROUD MASTERCARD cash card at Central

1. Applicable only for payments made with Mastercard card under the name matching the ID card or passport with a minimum spend of 30,000 baht per sales slip between 30 Jan 26 - 1 Mar 26 at all branches of Central Department Stores, Chat & Shop, Call & Shop, Outbound Call and Direct Sale. 
2. To redeem the Central Gift Voucher
   -    Customers must present the receipt and sales slip that meet the conditions, along with their Mastercard card and ID card or passport with matching names. The cardholder must be at least 18 years old to redeem the gift card at the customer service counter.
3. In cases that the name on the Mastercard card does not match the ID card or passport, customers must provide legal documentation of the name change to confirm their eligibility to the staff.
4. Each receipt can be used to redeem one Central Gift Voucher valued at 1,500 baht only.
5. Reserved exclusively for customers who make full payment transactions using a Mastercard card only.
6. Limited to a total of 250 Central Gift Vouchers valued at 1,500 baht throughout the campaign period.
7. The redemption of Central Gift Vouchers valued at 1,500 baht is limited to one per ID card number.
8. If a single receipt involves payment with more than one card, the eligibility for redemption will not be granted.
9. Applicable to Thailand-issued cards and foreign cards (tourists).

11. Exclusion of purchases from the Beauty Gallery department, Marks & Spencer, Luxe Galeria (BAO BAO, Issey Miyake, Pleats Please Issey Miyake, Marni), jewelry and gold items, watches (Franck Muller, Garmin), diapers, exchange items, all types of gift cards, tenant stores, non-participating shops and products, B2S, Supersports, Central Food Hall, Tops Market, Tops Super, Power Buy, and Muji.
12. Exclusion of purchasing a product with the same barcode of 6 or more items.
13. Gifts are limited. The company reserves the right to change or cancel conditions or rewards without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company’s decision is final.
14. Receipts and sales slips cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. If a refund is requested, the company reserves the right to charge the equivalent value of the gift to the customer’s credit or debit card. Please keep the receipt and sales slip for verification if needed.
15. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
