Promotion Luxury Brand Store Promotion with KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Cards

Terms and Conditions – Royal Orchid Plus Miles Promotion

1. This promotional campaign (the "Promotion") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited ("KTC") to offer promotional benefits to KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Cardmembers ("Cardmembers"). Cardmembers who spend THB 500,000 or more on eligible purchases in the fashion, handbags, footwear, watches, and/or jewelry categories at participating luxury brand stores located within Siam Paragon and/or ICONSIAM (the "Participating Shopping Centers"), and make payment with any type of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Card (principal and/or supplementary card) (the "Card") during the promotional period from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 (the "Promotional Period"), will be eligible to receive the promotional benefit, subject to these Terms and Conditions
2. Throughout the Promotional Period, Cardmembers may accumulate eligible spending separately for each Card. KTC will calculate eligible spending on a per-card basis, commencing from the date on which the Card is successfully registered for the Promotion until the last day of the Promotional Period. KTC's transaction records shall be final and conclusive
   
   - Example 1:
   On 1 August 2026, Mrs. A successfully registers for the Promotion and spends THB 450,000 using her principal KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Card at a Participating Shopping Center. Subsequently, on 15 August 2026, Mr. B (Mrs. A's son) spends THB 51,000 using a supplementary KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Card at a Participating Shopping Center. Mrs. A cannot combine the spending made on the supplementary card with the spending made on her principal card to qualify for this Promotion
   
   - Example 2:
   On 15 August 2026, Mr. B (Mrs. A's son) spends THB 51,000 using his supplementary KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Card at a Participating Shopping Center and wishes to participate in this Promotion. Mr. B must register for the Promotion on or before the date of such spending and subsequently make additional eligible purchases totaling THB 449,000 at the Participating Shopping Centers. If, by 30 September 2026, Mr. B satisfies all promotional requirements and is among the first 20 eligible Cardmembers, he will be entitled to receive the promotional benefit
   
3. Cardmembers must register via www.ktc.co.th/ROP before or on the date of their eligible spending. Participation will be valid only after the Cardmember receives a registration confirmation message from KTC
4. If a Cardmember registers more than once, only the first successful registration will be recognized
5. If a Cardmember registers multiple eligible Cards, KTC will calculate eligible spending separately for each Card. However, each Cardmember is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) promotional benefit throughout the Promotional Period.
   
   - Example: A Cardmember holds both a KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Platinum Mastercard and a KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Visa Platinum. The Cardmember registers both Cards separately and makes eligible purchases using both Cards. Although each Card independently satisfies the spending requirement, KTC reserves the right to grant only one promotional benefit to that Cardmember
   
   
6. Cancelled transactions and all types of refunded transactions will not be included in the calculation of eligible spending for this Promotion
7. The first twenty (20) Cardmembers who successfully satisfy all promotional requirements will each receive 10,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles
8. If a participating Card is cancelled for any reason before the promotional benefit is awarded, the Cardmember shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to participate in this Promotion
9. Royal Orchid Plus miles will be credited to the eligible Cardmember's Royal Orchid Plus account within 60 days after the end of the Promotional Period. The awarded miles will be valid for three (3) years from the credit date. The KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Cardmember and the Royal Orchid Plus member receiving the miles must be the same individual
10. Any matters not specified herein shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant, seller, or service provider. Cardmembers are advised to review the applicable terms and conditions before making a purchase

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
