​Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Robinson Department Store during 1 Sep 26 – 4 Oct 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. Cardmembers who spend on card, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
4. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
5. Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
6. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
7. Robinson Department Store, the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services at Tops Super, Tops Market, Power Buy, B2S, BnB Home, Supersports, vouchers, alcoholic beverages, medicine, product not participating, Rental spaces and rental merchants.

Terms and Conditions for the Additional Cashback Benefit of up to 7%

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is reserved exclusively for Cardmembers who hold Krungthai Private Banking, Krungthai Precious+, or Krungthai Iconic customer status and maintain the required asset balance as prescribed by Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited ("the Bank").
2. The additional cashback privilege of up to 7% is available only to principal Cardmembers, who make qualifying purchases using the following credit cards: a KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING VISA INFINITE, KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRECIOUS+ VISA SIGNATURE, KTC - KRUNGTHAI ICONIC VISA SIGNATURE or KTC - KTB PRECIOUS PLUS VISA INFINITE (collectively, the "KTC Cards") at participating department stores and redeem KTC FOREVER Points ("KTC Points") equivalent to the spending amount on each sales slip or purchase order to receive an additional discount or cashback, in accordance with KTC's terms and conditions, during 1 August 2026 – 31 October 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
3. The participating department stores and channels, subject to the eligible promotional campaign, under this Promotion are:

   • The Mall Group Department Stores, including The Mall Lifestore (all branches), The Mall (all branches), Emporium, EmQuartier, EMSPHERE, and Siam Paragon (limited to the Department Store and Power Mall zones only);
   • Siam Takashimaya, Siam Discovery, and ICONSIAM (limited to participating brand counters within the “OPENSPACE ZONE” only);
   • Central Application and www.central.co.th; and
   • Participating Luxury Brand Stores located within the Luxe Galerie zone on the 1st Floor of Central Chidlom Department Store.
4. The additional cashback privilege of up to 7% is available only to Cardmembers who make qualifying purchases and redeem KTC FOREVER Points in accordance with Clause 2. The additional cashback rate is determined based on Cardmember's Krungthai Wealth customer status designated by the Bank and is calculated only on the portion of spending for which KTC Points are redeemed in an amount equal to the transaction amount to receive an additional discount or 13%, 16% or 18% cashback under KTC's terms and conditions at the participating department stores.
5. • Cardmembers with Krungthai Private Banking status are entitled to an additional 7% cashback, up to THB 600 per cardmember (limited to the first 200 eligible Cardmembers throughout the Promotion Period).
   • Cardmembers with Krungthai Precious+ status are entitled to an additional 4% cashback, up to THB 400 per cardmember (limited to the first 600 eligible Cardmembers throughout the Promotion Period).
   • Cardmembers with Krungthai Iconic status are entitled to an additional 2% cashback, up to THB 200 per cardmember (limited to 2,000 eligible Cardmembers throughout the Promotion Period).
5. Eligible Cardmembers must continuously maintain their Krungthai Private Banking, Krungthai Precious+, or Krungthai Iconic customer status and the required asset balance as prescribed by the Bank from the date of participation in the Promotion until the date the Bank processes the additional cashback. If a Cardmember fails to maintain the required KRUNGTHAI Wealth customer status or asset balance during such period, Cardmember will not be entitled to the additional cashback. The Bank reserves the right to verify the KRUNGTHAI Wealth customer status and asset balance prior to granting the additional cashback. The Bank's decision shall be final.
6. Quota and Eligibility Limitations
7. • The number of privileges will be determined based on the number of Cardmembers who meet the eligibility criteria for the additional cashback under each Krungthai Wealth customer status. The allocation of privileges for each status level will be based on Cardmember's Krungthai Wealth status as of the first calculation cycle in which Cardmember becomes eligible under this Promotion.
   • Privileges will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the order in which Cardmembers complete qualifying transactions in accordance with Clause 2.
   • The maximum additional cashback that each eligible Cardmembers may receive will be calculated based on all eligible transactions across all participating department stores during the Promotion Period.
7. KTC will credit the additional cashback to the eligible Cardmember's credit card account within 60 days from the last day of the month in which the qualifying transaction was made, based on the calendar month cycle.
8. KTC will calculate the cashback rate based on Cardmember’s Krungthai Wealth customer status for each month, according to the calculation cycle applicable to the relevant spending transaction. The total cashback received by Cardmember throughout the Promotional Period must not exceed the maximum cashback amount specified for Cardmember’s Krungthai Wealth status during that calculation cycle. If Cardmember’s Krungthai Wealth status changes in a subsequent calculation cycle, resulting in eligibility for a higher cashback entitlement, KTC will not grant any additional retroactive cashback for transactions for which cashback has already been awarded.
9. This privilege under this Promotion may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
10. The Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions and/or this privilege, in whole or in part, including replacing the privilege with another of comparable value, by giving at least 30 days' prior notice through the Bank's website or any other communication channel designated by the Bank. Such prior notice is not required if the changes do not adversely affect Cardmembers. In the event of any dispute relating to this promotion, the Bank's decision shall be final.
11. Any matters not specified herein shall be governed by the terms and conditions prescribed by the Bank and KTC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
