Department Store Promotion with KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Cards.

Terms and Conditions – Royal Orchid Plus Miles Promotion

1. This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited ("KTC") to offer promotional benefits to KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cardmembers ("KTC Cardmembers") who make purchase using any type of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card (primary and/or supplementary card) ("Card") with the minimum of 5,000 Baht per sales slip at participating department stores during 15 September 2026 to 15 November 2026 ("Campaign Period") according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Participating department stores ("Department Stores") include:
   2.1 Central Department Store, all branches, limited to the Department Store sales area, excluding shops located within leased area.
   2.2 Central Chidlom, limited to the department store sales area and participating luxury brand stores located at the Luxe Galerie zone.
   2.3 Robinson Department Store, all branches, limited to the department store sales area, excluding shops located within leased area.
   2.4 Siam Takashimaya, limited to the department store sales area, excluding shops located within  leased area.
   2.5 Department stores under The Mall Group, including The Mall Lifestore and The Mall (all branches), Emporium, EmQuartier, EMSPHERE, and Siam Paragon, limited to the Department Store and Power Mall zones.
   2.6 Siam Discovery, limited to the “OPENSPACE ZONE” and participating brand counters.
   2.7 ICONSIAM, limited to the “OPENSPACE ZONE” and participating brand counters.
   
3. KTC Cardmembers, who meet the required spending amount and comply with all applicable terms and conditions, will receive 200 Royal Orchid Plus Miles ("Miles").
4. To be eligible to participate in this Campaign, KTC Cardmembers must inform the cashier to register for the Campaign each time they meet the required spending amount. Registration must be completed by the Department Stores cashier through the EDC machine at the Department Stores.
5. Registration is limited to 1 registration per KTC Cardmember per sales slip per day. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the benefits hereunder. Each KTC Cardmember is entitled to receive a maximum of 200 Miles per day.
6. The total number of Miles available under this Campaign is limited to 200,000 Miles throughout the Campaign Period.
7. KTC will grant the benefits to the first 1,000 eligible registration submitted by KTC Cardmembers who have successfully registered and fulfilled all applicable spending terms and conditions. Eligibility shall be determined based on transaction records maintained in KTC's system. Such transactions must not be cancelled or refunded.
8. If a KTC Cardmember cancels the registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Campaign.
9. Miles will be credited to the Cardmember's Royal Orchid Plus account within 60 days after the end of the Campaign Period. Such Miles will remain valid for 3 years from the date they are credited. KTC reserves the right to credit the Miles only to the Royal Orchid Plus membership number shown on the KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Card used to register for the Campaign.
10. The use of Miles shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
