Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at The Mall Group Department Store (The Mall Lifestore & The Mall, Emporium, EmQuartier, EmSphere, Paragon and Skyport Donmuang (Only Department Store and Power Mall) during 5 Mar 26 – 28 Apr 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. Cardmembers who spend on card, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
4. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
5. Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
6. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
7. The Mall Group Department Store (The Mall Lifestore & The Mall, Emporium, Emquartier, Emsphere, Paragon, Skyport Donmuang) Only Department Store and Power Mall) the discount redemption privilege under this promotion do not cover purchases of products/services at Gourmet Market & Home Fresh Mart, liquor/wine cellar, cigarettes, medicine, Gourmet Eats, Food Hall, take home, gift cards, vouchers, all pre-paid cards, 1+/2+ infant and baby formula, partial product deposits, product not participating and products at rental spaces and rental merchants in department stores and shopping malls
   

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
