Terms and Conditions for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during November 1st, 2025 - April 30th, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The minimum spending amount required for the 0% installment plan depends on the terms and conditions of each participating store.
4. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.

“Terms & Conditions for Point Redemption for 10% Discount E-Coupon”

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during May 15th , 2026 – December 31st , 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only. 
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES .
3. Cardmember can redeem 1 KTC FOREVER Point via KTC Mobile App for 10% Discount with minimum spending 4,000 Baht when purchase glasses frame with lenses or sunglasses according to the specified terms and conditions. 
4. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount for products specified by the store and can be combined with other promotions as specified by the store only.
5. The discount under this promotion is applicable only for purchases made at Lenskart retail stores and cannot be used for online orders placed through www.lenskart.com.
6. This discount can be combined with point redemption for credit cashback with KTC.
7. In the case that the card members have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the discount codes mentioned. 
8. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.
9. The redemption of the discount under this promotion is applicable for one transaction per purchase only. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with KTC credit card only.
10. Discount codes can be used until its validity (Check in KTC Mobile App).
11. KTC reserves the right to reject any e-Coupon code from screen capturing on mobile phone or computer or photos in all circumstances. 
12. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account, which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
13. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded in any case.

“Terms & Conditions for Point Redemption for 12% Cashback”

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during November 1st, 2025 - April 30th, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text COP, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number and followed by the # symbol and enter the amount of points to be redeemed to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at ktc.promo/lenskart within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 2,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem 2,000 KTC FOREVER Points for cash back 12% as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges here under.
9. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
