Promotion at Optical 88 with KTC credit card and KTC PROUD cash card

Terms and Conditions for Cash Back (By Tier) for 0% Installment Payment

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) only for a transaction which is 0% interest and credit line usage fee Installment payment with KTC card (“0% Installment payment with KTC card”) at participating stores during 1^st February 2025 – 31^st July 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS, type FOP, space following by 16 digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider) or by registering at ktc.promo/optical88 1 time per 1 card number. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. The cardmembers who spend with the card under 0% installment payment with KTC card at participate stores will receive a credit cash back into cardmember’s credit card account per sales slip based on the spending amount as specified.

6. Cashback is limited to a maximum of 10,000 baht per card number per month.
7. For the calculation of a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount under 0% installment payment with KTC card occurring within the same day which the cardmembers make a registration to participate the promotion according to specified condition only and will calculate from full amount spending before monthly installment of all sales slips under the same card number. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
8. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash withdrawal, Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’ credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
11. This privilege cannot be combined with other promotional offers (depending on each promotion)

Terms and Conditions for “KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for 12% Cash Back”

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card”) at participating stores during 1^st February 2025 – 31^st July 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. 
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES. 
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text COP, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number and # and number of points you want to redeem to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at ktc.promo/optical88 within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.   
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.    
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.  
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.   
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 2,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem 2,000 Points for cash back 12% as specified in the terms and conditions.   
8. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder   
9. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
