Promotion at King Power with KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Cards.

Terms and Conditions for the “Top Spender Earn Royal Orchid Plus Bonus Miles” Promotion 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) based on cumulative spending made with the credit card, whether through a primary card and/or supplementary card (the “Card”). Cumulative spending will be calculated separately for each Card. The Cardmembers with the five highest cumulative spending amounts, subject to a minimum cumulative spending requirement of THB 100,000 throughout the Promotion Period, at participating King Power stores and channels between 1 October 2026 and 10 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”) will be eligible for the benefits, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. For the avoidance of doubt, cumulative spending for ranking purposes under this Promotion will be calculated separately for each Card. Spending amounts from different Cards cannot be combined.
2. Participating King Power stores and channels include King Power Downtown Complex (Rangnam, Phuket, and City Boutique), King Power Duty Free (Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang International Airport, and Phuket International Airport), King Power Chat & Shop, King Power Call to Shop, www.kingpower.com, and the King Power application.
3. Cardmembers must register for the Promotion via https://ktc.promo/kingpower-rop or by SMS by typing “KPR” (space) followed by the 16-digit credit card number and sending the SMS to 061-384-5000. SMS charges may apply depending on the mobile network service provider. Registration must be completed on or before the date on which the Cardmember makes the eligible spending. Cardmembers must receive a registration confirmation message from KTC in order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
4. The benefits are limited to the five Cards with the highest cumulative spending. Each eligible Cardmember will receive 40,000 Royal Orchid Plus Miles. Each Cardmember is entitled to receive the benefit once only per person throughout the Promotion Period.
5. The following expenditures will be excluded from the calculation of cumulative spending for the purpose of awarding benefits under this Promotion: cash advance, purchase of all types of funds, payment of Unit Linked insurance premium, installment payment with KTC cards by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
6. Cards with cumulative spending that meets the specified requirements, and Cardmembers who comply with all applicable terms and conditions, will be eligible to receive Royal Orchid Plus Miles (the “Miles”).
7. If a Cardmember cancels the Card used to register for the Promotion for any reason, the Cardmember will be deemed to have forfeited their eligibility to participate in the Promotion in respect of such Card.
8. KTC will announce the name of the Cardmembers holding the Cards with the highest cumulative spending, as specified herein, by 31 December 2026 via https://ktc.promo/kingpower-rop.
9. The Miles will be credited to the Cardmember’s Royal Orchid Plus account within 60 days from the day following the end of the Promotion Period. The Miles will be valid for 3 years from the date on which they are credited. The Miles will be credited to the Royal Orchid Plus account whose membership number corresponds to the Royal Orchid Plus membership number linked to the KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, based on the information recorded in the system of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited.
10. The use of the Miles shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited.
11. In the case that more than one Cardmember has the same cumulative spending amount, the Cardmember who made the eligible spending earlier will be entitled to receive the benefit. KTC’s decision shall be final.
12. If an eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to comply with any of the specified terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to award the benefit to the Cardmember holding the Card with the next highest cumulative spending amount.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
